Eclipse

A unique modern approach to traditional appearance

A modern-classic design of the Com-Pac Eclipse displays a rounded cabin trunk, a teak bow sprit supported by a dolphin striker and reverse open transom underneath a stainless steel arch. The open transom with boarding ladder allows for easy boarding when on a trailer, deep water or a beach.

The interior is well laid out and spacious for a 21 footer. Four very good sized berths. Four opening ports and an opening forward and sliding companionway hatch allows fresh air to spread throughout the cabin.

Hidden under the companionway is an enclosed storage area for a slide out porta potty. Plenty of storage is very accessible throughout the boat. The teak and holly cabin sole and custom cushions creates a classy feel that you will be proud of. A vanity to starboard houses a butane stove and a sink is installed to port. More storage is beneath both.

With all lines led aft and the rolling headsail, both as standard equipment, adds to the safe and enjoyable sailing experience aboard the Eclipse.

With the towing weight around the 1.2 tonne, many mid-sized cars are sufficient as a tow vehicle.

Rigging the mast is simple and quick. The boom (with mainsail) remains on the mast stump and allows the main halyard, mainsheet, down haul and outhaul all to remain in place. This saves a huge amount of time for rigging and can be completed in 15 minutes.
