The
simulated Gaff rig keeps with the traditional look of the boat. Both mainsail
and 110% jib is standard. The mast is as light and as simple to rig as any
sail boat.
The
stern, minus the rudder, shows the stainless steel boarding ladder and fixed
motor mount.
The cockpit is a very good size for a 15 foot sail boat. The stainless
steel cockpit rails make the cockpit feel very safe and sercure.
The
cabin has sleeping accomodation for 2 adults. There is a space for a porta-
potty. To the starboard rear of where the photo was taken is the 80 Amp hour
battery and a fuse/switchboard with a 12 volt socket and battery strength
indicator.
The
Potter 15 comes standard with a pair of opening ports. They are water proof
and have stainless steel screens.
The
swing up keel is located in the cabin and can be raised and lowered from the
cockpit.
The
beautiful timber compainway washboard keeps the cabin dry and sercure.
The
washboard folds down to make a great cockpit table.
Still
in the cockpit. On each side of the cockpit are 2 hatches with plenty of storage
beneath.

q ualilty fittings are used on the Potter 15. Here the forestay is shown.
A
forward looking window adds plenty of light into the cabin.
Navigation
lights (as well as an interior dome light) are standard.
The
right amount of timber trim has been used to soften the fibreglass look. There
is not too much to make it high maintenance.
The
good sized deep cockpit.
The
side ports add to the classic look of the boat.
A
boom vang is standard, as is a topping lift and jiffy reefing.
The main and jib. This main has double reefing points, however, single reefing
is standard.
